We offer free delivery and returns to all governorates of Egypt via Aramex within 1 to 3 business days.

We also offer same-day delivery within Cairo and Giza governorates, subject to availability.

We strive to deliver to you as quickly as possible. If you require a watch as a gift, please let us know, and we will arrange same-day delivery.

Inspection on Delivery

Unfortunately, inspection on delivery is not available through Aramex.

However, we assure you that:

Our shipping and returns are completely free.

You can receive and pay for your order with peace of mind, as we will issue a full refund immediately upon receiving any returned item from you.

You can pay via any mobile wallet or through InstaPay.

If the watch arrives and is not suitable for your needs or does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 14 days from receipt, and no reason is given. We accept returns at no cost to you. Please facilitate a smooth and easy return process by ensuring the watch is returned in its original packaging with all tags, barcode, settings manual, and warranty card. Please also ensure the watch remains in the same condition as when you received it.

We also offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect is found in the product, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency's regulations.

By "use," we mean everyday wear and tear, which may cause scratches on the watch body, not wear for testing purposes or to gather feedback from loved ones.
